The Oxford Bibliographical Society was founded in 1922 to encourage bibliographical research. As we approach our centenary year, we continue to do this with a diverse programme of events (including lectures and visits); the publication of monographs; and the provision of grants to support the work of both early-career and established scholars. To carry out this work, we rely exclusively on the generous support of our members: academics, students, independent scholars, librarians, booksellers, conservators, and anyone who has an interest in bibliography or simply a love of books.

On joining, new members will receive their choice of four monographs, and up to ten Occasional Publications. They will also receive a free copy of any of the Society's new publications that appear during their membership, as well as a substantially discounted rate on past publications. Members can also take advantage of a 30% discount on books published by Oxford University Press.

If you would like to become part of the OBS community, membership applications can be found at this link (forms.gle/MMhzZUGivDQ5dJL4A).
